How long should do I have to wait before getting another facial service?
You should wait about 4-6 weeks before getting another facial service. That way your skin can regenerate and heal, and when it is time for another facial your skin will be ready once again for a deep cleanse!
How long before a service should I stop using Retinol, and why?
Retinol should be stopped a week prior to a Facial service. the reason being is because retinol increases cell production, it helps unclog pores. it also increases your collagen production, with that being said it reduces fine lines, wrinkles, and gives a plump appearance. Retinol is a strong acid that if being used at the same time of facial it can over exfoliate and leave one’s skin feeling dried out and raw.
Will my facial hair grow back darker?
Your facial hair will not grow back darker it’s actually a myth! When getting dermaplaning it is actually a service that is exfoliating the dead skin a vellus hairs off of the face. When the hair grows back in it’ll grow as if before getting the dermaplaning done.
What are the benefits for getting BT microdermabrasion?
The benefits that BT Microdermabrasion gives you are, it helps clear clogged pores with the vibration. As well helping your skin texture and firmness. Or even treating acne scars, the consistency of getting microdermabrasion allows for better results to show in each treatment.
Why should I get High Frequency with active acne?
High Frequency on active acne is the best thing that you can do. Using the wand that is specialized for acne clients the wand emits a small electric current and is converted into oxygen when in contact with skin. Meaning it kill the bacteria that is growing and becoming acne.
Can I get a facial while pregnant?
Facials are safe for those who are pregnant, the skin is a lot more sensitive, and client might not be able to receive treatments that may be more intense. Treatments for those that are pregnant are a lot more careful especially with each skincare product that is mixed and placed on the client.
How do I know which service is right for me?
Everyone’s skin is completely different, and it is completely normal for new clients to not know what to book for. I usually suggest booking a classic facial, it is still a complete facial but allows time to see the skin on what products to use to customize and receive the best results for the client’s skin.
Can I get a facial while having eczema and rosacea?
Having skin concerns it is completely normal to wonder if you are still able to treat your skin, the answer is Yes! I provide a soothing and calming product for those with skin concerns. That way the skin does not get irritated or being to get flaky.
How can I prolong the results after a facial service?
A couple ways that you can prolong the results of having glowy and hydrated skin is by, establishing a skin care routine. Your skin care routine does not have to mean buying 10 products at one. At BNE we know how expensive it can be to get into skincare. The biggest way you can start off it by slowly introducing a product into your daily routine. Such as a cleanser, moisturizer, or even a serum.
